Hello,
we are migrating Exchange 2010 to 2016 on Prem.
Now we are fighting with an Autodiscover-Problem.
When we try EXRCA all Tests are ok when not using Autodiscover. (The SNAT ist point to the new Exchange 2016 and the 2016 proxies to the old Exchange 2010) ActiveSync and OutlookAnywhere works using a Test-User on the Exchange 2016 and it works with a User on the Exchange 2010.
When using Autodiscover it is working with users on Exchange 2016, but not with Users on Exchange 2010.
On the Exchange 2016 we use Test-OutlookWebServices with success with the Test-User on the Exchange 2016 but get an error when we use a User on the Exchange 2010.
The Autodiscover.customer.de and the mail.customer.de (SplitDNS) pointing to the Exchange 2016.
The Log where is anonymized the User (from the Exchange 2010) and the Server:

The EXchRCA using a User on the Exchange 2016 is working fine.
All the vDirs are set to "mail.customer.de"
